General Terms and Conditions – Eco Logé Höfke

Welcome to Eco Logé Höfke! We look forward to welcoming you to our place, filled with peace, nature, and simplicity. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we've established a few terms and conditions.

1. Reservation & payment

A reservation is only final once payment has been received, as stated in our confirmation. We kindly request that you pay the amount before your stay, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Our Eco Tent twin beds costs €85.00 per night.

Our Eco Tent double bed costs €90.00 per night.

Breakfast per person, per night is €15.00.

These costs include final cleaning and use of our facilities. The price excludes tourist tax, a deposit (€100.00 payable upon arrival), and drinks consumed from our outdoor kitchen.

2. Cancellation

It may happen that your plans change. In that case, we apply the following conditions:

Up to 7 days before arrival: full refund

Between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 50% will be charged

Within 4 days before arrival or in case of no-show: the full amount will be charged

In the event of force majeure on our part (such as extreme weather conditions), we reserve the right to cancel your stay. You will, of course, receive a full refund.

3. Check-in & check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Would you like to arrive a little earlier or stay a little longer? Let us know; we can often make arrangements.

4. During your stay

Our tent is smoke-free

Pets are welcome only upon prior arrangement with us.

We ask for silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, so that everyone – people and animals – can enjoy the peace and quiet

We trust that you will take care of the facilities and the surrounding nature. Any damage may be charged.

5. Liability

During your stay, you are responsible for your own belongings and personal safety. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or accidents.

6. Sustainability & care for nature

We believe it's important to treat nature with respect. Therefore, we ask:

Use water and electricity sparingly

Use only biodegradable care products – good for soil life and our filter system

Separate your waste in the appropriate containers

Thank you for your attention to this, so that together we can keep our place beautiful and balanced.

7. What to expect

You'll sleep in a tastefully furnished tent with:

Made beds and soft lighting

A hot outdoor shower and a basic indoor toilet

A cozy outdoor kitchen with everything you need for delicious, relaxed cooking: pots, crockery, herbs, oil, and a stove. You can also help yourself to delicious local drinks.
